Orders
When will my order be shipped?
All AIRPLANEMODE STUDIOS pieces are prepared with care before being sent out. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has started being processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please email us straight away with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll update it for you.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery times may vary depending on processing and courier times. Once dispatched, most orders should arrive within a few working days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Please check your shipping confirmation and tracking details first. If your order still has not arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition. Items must be returned within the return window stated in our policy.
Items must not be worn, washed, damaged or altered.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Where possible, we’ll help with size exchanges depending on stock availability. Please contact us with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Sizing & Fit
How do AIRPLANEMODE STUDIOS pieces fit?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized streetwear fit.
For a true oversized look, take your usual size.
For a slightly more fitted look, size down.
Are the pieces unisex?
Yes, our pieces are designed to be worn by anyone.
Will you release more sizes?
We’re always looking at ways to improve our size range. Future drops may include more sizing options depending on demand.
Product Care
How should I wash my items?
To keep your piece looking its best:
Wash inside out
Wash cold
Do not tumble dry
Do not bleach
Do not iron directly over print
Will the washed black colour fade?
The washed black finish is part of the design and gives each piece its worn-in look. Over time, natural fading may happen with wear and washing, adding to the character of the garment.
Drops & Restocks
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some pieces may return, but not every drop will be restocked. AIRPLANEMODE STUDIOS is built around limited releases, so once certain items sell out, they may not come back.
How can I know when new drops release?
Follow us on social media and sign up to our mailing list to hear about new drops, restocks and early access.
